National Knee Dislocation Awareness Day
This could happen to you!
According the good ol' Bushisms calendar today is the first day of February. There is one very important day in February in which everyone needs to be aware of, and that is National Knee Dislocation Awareness Day. We celebrate this day on February 12, which was the day where I experienced a dislocation myself, in front of a very large crowd of people who then were considered to be my classmates. That day triggered a series of events that forever changed things. So as an act of prevention and of social responsibility to the general public, I have declared February 12 as National Knee Dislocation Awareness Day (NKDAD). The day will be spent walking very slowly, avoid jumping, and for hardcore observers, wearing a knee wrap and/or brace. Also each participate shall inform the public through out the day that it is NKDAD. Remember, watch your step on the 12th! Oh and Valentine's Day is sometime during this month too, but who honestly cares about that holiday?
